EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mahmood Hussain Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy.

Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in its original condition
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Be free from perfume, makeup stains, damage, or alterations

Mahmood Hussain Studio reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

Eligible Exchange Reasons

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

Size issues
Defective or damaged product received
Incorrect item received
Manufacturing defects

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased on final sale or clearance
Customized or altered products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Products returned after the 7-day exchange period

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number along with clear photos of the product (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide exchange instructions.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to our designated address.

After inspection and approval, the replacement item will be dispatched.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For exchanges due to sizing preferences or change of mind, customers may be responsible for courier charges associated with returning and receiving the exchanged item.

In cases where the wrong or defective product was delivered, Mahmood Hussain Studio will cover the applicable exchange costs.

Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, customers may exchange for another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
